We are in the process of making some major changes and up-grades to the Social Marketing Blackbox!

There are too many to list, some minor, some major, so here's the biggies. But before I even explain them, let me tell you why we are making the changes.

The Blackbox system is designed to do four critical things for you:

- Account creation and other "grunt" work that is critical to your business, but not work that you, as an entrepreneur, should spend personal time on! As the "CEO and chief bottle washer" of your business, your time must be spent only on those things that are mission critical to your business. So the Blackbox steps in and does the rest.

- Personal Webmaster Tool on demand. This is another amazing feature of our system. These guys are GOOD. One site I had them build for me just 6 months ago generates over $10K per month already, using the Blackbox strategies and tools. And these guys understand every step of the process, from the under the hood construction to the SEO and social marketing aspects of any site. If you have a paid subscription, make sure and use the Personal Webmaster tool on a regular basis to get any and all of your website work done.

- Training. Our system offers a really sweet set of training on every important topic necessary to create success online. Hopefully you are already logging in on a regular basis and watching our short, easy to understand videos on topics of your choice.

- Distribution. Hopefully you understand that one of your most important tasks is content creation. You have a message, about your product, service, charity… whatever you are online for. You should be heavily involved in creating your own personal content factory!

The core of your content is article creation. But what then? It's pretty easy to create articles between 300 and 500 words long-that's less than a single page in a word document. But once this content is created, it must be distributed, and distributed widely. So that's where the major Blackbox changes come into play.

*** We are in the process of changing one of our distribution options from Directory Submissions to Article Distribution. ***

Soon, you will be able to submit your articles to us, and we will not only distribute them widely throughout the web but we will also "spin" the content so that the article is unique to each article directory!

First of all, article content distribution is a superior way of getting backlinks to a site than directory submissions. As a matter of fact, from watching my own analytics for the last few years, I can assure you that the actual traffic from article distribution is far superior to that from Directory Submissions, and the links back to the site (for ranking purposes) are just as good. In other words, Directory submission is only valuable as a link building method (no natural traffic comes from it) while article submission gets both links and traffic. Paid members will be able to submit articles within the next 2 weeks, more info to follow!

The second big improvement is a major overhaul of our social sites listings in every category, from article directories, social sites, video sites, micro blogs, etc. Basically, we have eliminated any lousy, non-performing sites and added in the latest, greatest, hot sites that you need to be on. Again, paid members (Silver and above) don't need to think much about this, as we open the accounts for you ;-) The last major improvement will be in our bookmarking service.

Currently, you can enter the title, description and keywords for your websites, blog posts, or social postings in our Bookmarking Engine and we bookmark those sites with one of our own profiles. This is a great way to get solid backlinks AND direct traffic.

We are making a serious investment into our bookmarking tools, to ramp up the quality and quantity of the bookmarks for paid members.

So make sure you submit any and all of your blog posts and websites to the Bookmark Engine as part of your marketing MO, as some of these bookmark improvements have already been made, and right now you will get wider distribution through the use of the tool!

And it will only get better as we continue work on the tool through the month of March.
